About

Kun Shan University was officially founded on April 29, 1965, named as Kun Shan Institute of Technology. In August 2000, the Kun Shan Institute of Technology was promoted by the Ministry of Education to a technological university, under the name of Kun Shan University.

Comprising 650 faculty members and more than 12,000 students, Kun Shan University is a comprehensive university that offers 20 Undergraduate Programs, 1 Degree Program, 15 Master Programs, and 1 Doctoral Program. The college buildings have been remodeled to accommodate five colleges, namely: the College of Engineering, College of Business and Management, College of Creative Media, College of Applied Human Ecology, and International College. Over the past 54 years, Kun Shan University has been a facilitator of national economic miracle while concurrently and continuously adapting, growing, and improving itself.
